INTEGRATED MILK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (IMMS)

Description

IMMS is user-friendly integrated solution to automate the milk collection process carried out at Milk collection centers, BMC and head office, which would interface with the following:

Send Enquiry
• Electronic Milk Tester (EMT)/ Milk Analyzer
• Electronics Weighing Scale
• Smart Card / Serial Pen Drive
• Remote Display Unit
• Printer.

IIMS receives the Milk Fat & SNF data from the Milk analyzer/Electronic Milk Tester and milk weight from weigher interfaced with this.In addition to conventional milk transaction by milk producers, it also supports the Milk agent’s milk transaction, appropriation and processing of data.


Rate chart & other global parameters from the BMC center/Head office can easily be downloaded in smart card / Pen drive and uploaded to milk collection device such as SDPMCU to support the secured and dynamic pricing to the milk producers.


Transaction can be downloaded on smart card /Pen drive for further uploading and processing of milk transaction data at BMC center/ head office. IMMS also has the option of transmission of data through modem to the remote BMC center/nodal center via dial-up/ GSM network.
