We, therefore, are aware of the need to work beyond financial consideration and put in that little extra to ensure that we are perceived not just as corporate entity that exists for profits, but as wholesome entities created for the good of the society and for improving the quality of life of the communities. |

Organizing Free Medical Camps
Conducted free medical camps for the deprived and disabled children, and at government schools and also distributed medicines as well as hygiene and nutrition kits to them. The importance of these medical camps is to reach poverty stricken families who don’t have access to Medical facilities nor would be able to afford them. |

Imparting education The Company also plans to enrich the ITI/school libraries with books relevant to the academic courses being taught there so that the needy students can benefit from them in an organized manner on sustained basis. Similarly it is also in the plans to provide scholarships to needy students under the SC, ST, OBC and physically handicapped categories at college level. |

| Apart from organizing medical camps, REIL is spreading awareness among rural masses for drinking hygienic milk and use of Renewable energy
by deploying Milk testing equipments & solar systems at schools that are run by NGOs. These solutions serve to impart education on health and environmental problems

Ensuring Milk Hygiene & safety The Company is also in the process of deploying electronic milk testers at schools for awareness on quality of milk, importance of drinking milk in our health and also the emerging standards on food safety. |

Solar Power systems at the school to run computers
REIL has installed SPV power packs in schools, to power the Computer Systems to enable students to operate them and learn even under situations of power failure, which is a chronic phenomenon in the villages. REIL has encouraged spread of awareness on SPV as a clean energy solution through distribution of solar lanterns in competitions in academic institutions. |
