The Manufacturing facilities with state-of-the-art technology has been maintained and augmented to undertake manufacture of the increased quantities of products every year, while ensuring consistently high standards of quality, reliability and accuracy in all its products. Every stage of product evolution-design, development, manufacturing, assembly and quality control, is carried out scrupulously.
Manufacturing facilities are complemented by sustained high levels of quality control at intermediate stages of material procurement, Manufacture of Sub-assemblies, Integration,
final product assembly and pre-shipment.

The plant is equipped with modern equipment including component preprocessing systems, automatic & semi-automatic component insertion machines, Wave Soldering machine, Automatic Cleaning System, Advanced Testing equipment, Fault locators, Digital Storage Oscilloscopes, Soldering/De-Soldering Stations.
In order to maintain appropriate temperature levels, clean conditions and uninterrupted power supply, the plant is equipped with centralized Air conditioning systems, air shower and over 500 KVA of DG capacity installed at the premises. The department is also equipped with facility for undertaking manufacturing of products under anti-static environment.
